Our products are manufactured with 90% USA-grown cotton and 10% polyester, resulting in a soft, smooth, and durable fabric. The shirts are pre-shrunk but may still shrink slightly in the wash due to the high cotton content. The modern, unisex fit is slightly tapered for a less boxy appearance.

We use top-of-the-line QCM screen printing inks, manufactured in Pineville, North Carolina. These inks are vibrant, durable, and highly crack-resistant. Some of our designs are intentionally faded or cracked, but the inks always perform as intended by our skilled printers.

Our in-house screen printing process is crucial to maintaining quality and keeping prices low. We have invested in M&R carousel presses, manufactured in Roselle, Illinois, which allow our printers to work efficiently with minimal waste. Additionally, our illustrators and designers create the artwork, and our art technicians convert it into component screens.

We are committed to responsible production practices. QCM inks are phthalate-free, CFC-free, and rated as carcinogen-free by the state of California. When you purchase one of our shirts, your money is distributed across the country. Approximately 35% of the cost goes towards design, printing, and production in Ann Arbor, while other expenses include advertising, logistics, cotton farming, fabric sewing, and printing equipment.
